my car died on me help me out
ok heres the deal i have a jdm h22 swap o my 2000 that just finished this month. i drove it to vegas this past weekend to break in the new clutch and flywheel. it drove fine on the way down there. when i got there my tach started twitching pretty bad so i couldnt even tell what i was taching. then on the way back it felt like my car was running like ****. i would open it full throttle and it would lag(bog randomly) it got worse and worse as we went further then 20 minutes out from my destination i was trying to get up a hill and it wouldnt go at all. my car would jerk hard and then it just gave up and the engine cut out. i have no clue where to start i dont know if it could be a electrical or fuel problem. please help me out.
p.s. i was goin down the hill a couple times and i would push the clutch in to just drift down the hill and my engine would cut out. but then i let the clutch out and it would start again. i dont know if this could be related.
thanks

definately check the dizzy and the coil. if you have oil coming from beneath or around your dizzy, then its bad and you need a new one. or so im told

If you're seeing a little bit of oil around the dizzy, it's most likely just the distributor o-ring that needs to be replaced. However, given the other symptoms, it does sound like either the ICM or coil needs to be replaced.
