SI hatch brake noise
I replaced my pads and rotors on all 4 because they were doing the high pitch squeaking upon braking. Now it is making the same high pitch squeak after a few days of the new brakes. What could be the problem?
Did you use the brake squeal glue behind the pads? The noise is caused by tiny vibrations between the pad and rotor. This is eliminated by using the brake squeal stuff.
On another brake note,
can someone tell me the exact size of the front and rear rotors for the 92-95 SI? When I ordered mine from advance auto the front rotors were too big but the rears were okay. Maybe the rear pads were slightly different than what it is supposed to be but it still worked...

Well also take in consideration on what TYPE of brake pads you bought. From what i know the METALLIC type of brakes always make a squeaking noise. Someone correct me if im wrong.

If you have a 94 Si with ABS, order front pads from a 94-01 Integra. If you have a 92-95 Si without ABS, order front pads for 92-95 Civic DX.
