Default Vacuum advance diaphragm location?

Im in the process of replacing my distributor and my haynes manual is saying disconnect the hose that goes to the diaphragm, but I have no knowledge of where the hell this diaphragm is even at.

Any help?

its probably referring to the 84-87 civic or crx which had a carb and vacuum advance. 88-91 has no vacuum advance

one more thing, you must have a chiltons or haynes manual. they are way too broad/vague for me.
If you end up needing a better one, get "The" manual (used by honda), the Helm manual.
