Finishing Rear Brake Swap, ?s about Parking Brake
I just wrapped up swapping out my rear drums on my hatch for DA rear discs. Brakes are bled, installed and correctly clocked brand new rta bushings, everything is mounted and in order, but I have a few questions regarding the parking brake cables (I'm using the DA parking brake cables as instucted).
Are the parking brake cables supposed to criss-cross before entering the access hole into the chassis? I believe the drum cables were before disconnecting them..
The passenger side pin on the caliper slid in after pulling the cable with a vise grip, however there is more gap on the driver's side. Seems like the cable doesn't want to extract far enough, hopefully the cable isn't seized. Does this look okay...the amount of gap?

I did loosen the adjuster nut in the cabin, but I'll go ahead and uncross them and try again. Thanks
