Can some one please help me!!!

hi i i put 1 johnsens octane booster in my car and i had a 91 gas in it and now my car is running really slow its like fuel cutting.its a 94 honda civic hatchback with a jdm d15b engine.
please help me

y u filling up with 91, if its on the low end, its weak like most hondas
