Default rebuilding b18c5 for low boost. Need some help+recommendations

I have a b18c5 with bad ring lands on one piston. I am rebuilding it with a friend (as long as the cyclinders are within spec). I plan on putting something like 9.5:1 - 9.7:1 pistons with eagle h beams in it.

I will need to run this car probably for about 6 months no boost because I need to buy a teal wastage rebuild my turbo and buy a hondata boost ecu.

My questions are this... what pistons do people recommend. I am only planning on running minimal boost. Maybee 4-6 lbs. I am not sleeving the motor.

Also as far as the head is concerned how hard is it to replace seals in the head and is it necisary?

I was told by my friend that on a car only making ~300 I could re-use the factory head bolts... However I have allways been told not to because they stretch to yield. I may just buy arp head studs...

As far as berings which brand should I get and how hard is it to "plastigauge" them? Are the berings easy to mess up? What do I need to ensure when I do this.

What other parts should I replace while doing this?

So far my list is:
Timing belt
Tensioner
water pump
berings
hondata intake gasket
STR cam seal
factory replacement head gasket
Valve Cover Gasket
Plugs
Cap
Rotor
oil+filter

What else am I going to need?

Also is it safe to run on a stock ecu like a gsr or prelude? I have an innovate wideband that will be installed so I will have some indication of lean/rich.

I'm sure any piston including stock would be fine for 4-6 psi. However since your pulling it appart and rebuilding you mine as well do an aftermarket piston. I've used and will use again CP pistons. Had great luck with them.

the ring lands burnt up on 6 lbs and it sounds like I'm not the only one who had this problem. Is 4-6lbs going to be enough to get close to 300?

No, 4-6 psi is not enough to get close to 300whp. If you know your gonna be boosting for a while and are doing rods and pistons, I would do that and get a 9:1 compression ratio. That way you can run more the 4-6psi and have no problems at all makeing 300whp.
