For the engine side of the mounts, you need all of the Integra mounts that should come with your swap except the rear tranny bracket, and the driver side bracket with the 2 threaded studs. For those 2 brackets you'll need to use 99-00 Si parts. For the rest of the chassis side of the mounts, you'll reuse your stock mounts, including the metal bracket that connects the driver side jelly mount to the block. If you have AC and want to retain your Civic AC compressor, then you need to switch out the front AC mount to a B16 Del Sol or 99-00 Si unit, otherwise just use the Integra one if you don't have AC.

It won't bolt up, but it's fairly easy for a muffler shop or anyone who can weld to modify. The piping needs to be extended over the rear LCA, and the long straight portion of the B pipe may also need to be either shortened or lengthened.

No, the piping is too short, which is why it needs to be extended. You might be able to bolt it up to your B pipe, but the muffler won't reach out to your bumper/hanger mounts.
