thats what i mean
im doing a b20vtec.
i noticed cyl 1, piston end bap is about 40mm.
is this bad?
does it mean the cylinder or ring is worn?

B18c/b18b specs
Ring End Gap
Top (new) 0.20-0.35 (Service limit) 0.60
Second (new) 0.40-0.55 (service limit) 0.70
Here is some advice you best listen very well.
1st ( when it comes to HT ) always search first there is **** loads of info here.
2nd You should get all info needed before starting any build.
This is your one freebie
One more thing I really hope you arent using USED rings.

Top (new) 0.20-0.35 (Service limit) 0.60
Second (new) 0.40-0.55 (service limit) 0.70
