Mileage: unknown odometer isnt correct

The bad: the car needs some bodywork and a paintjob, it has a dent on the driver side door and quarter panel as in the pic I posted above. The clear coat is peeling from the front bumper. The hood has a dent and some chips in it. The car has a crappy mig welded exhaust on it right now. It has no a/c ,but has heat.
It also has no rear interior.

The good: The car drives and handles excellent, and I will be including a low mileage replacement motor with the car.
