Problems with my tranny/clutch...help

The car drove ok for 1.5Kms?
What torque specs did you use for the flywheel and pressure plate bolts? If a PP flywheel bolt were to back out, the clutch disc would not sit against the flywheel. If the PP bolts came loose, it would not be able to hold the clutch against the flywheel.
Pull the starter, spin the motor by hand and check to make sure all those PP bolts are in and tight.

Ive done that already and they are all tight..everything is good so far, ive taken off the clutch and the springs wer really wobbly and loose..so I replaced that and now it does the same thing except its the axle c-clip thats preventing the axle from going all the way in..So basically the axle isnt seated properly. What do you think could have caused the cltch to be in such a condition?
