i no longer feel my vtec or it just isnt hitting as hard as it use to is there something i can check or do .

I read your profile to see you have a 95, you need to post that info here.

Assuming you have an EX (sunroof, etc) and you have the F22B1 Vtec motor in there you still will not feel vtec engage. It's very subtle in these cars, most likely you're feeling a shift point or something odd like that. In good running order you won't feel it.

If you're worried something may be broken and you don't have a CEL, I would run through the Accord FAQ and do a few of the cleaning DIY for the motor (seafoam, IACV/FITV/etc) and see how that goes.

Also doing maintenance can help the car as well - plugs, wires, dizzy, oil change, tranny fluid change, etc

Call the Vtec hotline and describe to them your cars symptoms. 1-800-VTEC.


*edit* Tune up and an oil change may help.
