Default eg hatch spring rates for racing

good day HT. I am building an eg hatch for autocross/roadcourse use. will have a roll cage and all of the standard racing gear. The koni/ground control kit looks like a pretty sweet deal, what spring rates do you suggest? I havent made up my mind on b18, h22a, or h2b. i know that beefier springs are in order for the h22. what are people out there using?

suggestions on engine will be appreciated as well. I have read nearly every article on this site and cant really make up my mind, there seems to be a lot of conflicting info out there (h22 is too heavy, no its not, etc) and all the racing info seems to be strip related. todays order of pref is 1-b18, 2-h2b, 3-h22. they all seem to cost the same if done right, b18 being most expensive. more parts for the b18s out there.
