I just put 400lbs Front And 500lbs Rear and i Love it. There with konis and if i turn it to firmest they are very stiff but tolerable, and ride real smooth set soft. I wanted a set up for Drag and street.
All together came to $800 maybe the best bang for your buck.

stock. It wll be fine for you unless you are auto-x'ing or road racing. If you are doing either of those, you probably wouldn't be asking this question.

I am runnin 400lb up front and 350lb in the rear with kyb agx's. Real nice ride on all settings. However if u are going to drag occosionally I would recommend a higher spring rate in the rear. Something like 450-600lb's! Good luck!

"This is a completely open question. Quite frankly, if you're blindly asking this question, you probably dont need custom rates and brings us back to the original question, "Should I get coilovers or springs?" and you probably would be better off with one of the many street kits from Eibach, Neuspeed or H&R, or just get the preset vehicle specific kit from GC. As many people have said before, it depends on you, the driver, it's like telling you what you're favorite pizza is.

i didnt like hwo stock springs felt with an h22a, right now i run 450 in front and 350 in rear though i would liek to switch the springs for now (coilover sleeves), until i can get something stiffer in teh rear.

That should be more than enough for any street setup.

so with these spring rates in mind...it is possible to just call a company upon ordering and tell them u want a certain spring rating and they will package them, or do you need to ask for a certain type vehicle? ive always heard that if running coilovers with the h22 the integra gsr springs are very good and allow more weight.

It's all about mainly what YOU want out of the car. Nice daily driving, or hardcore on the track.
I'd say Koni's and H22 Civic rated Ground Controls..

Depends on the company. With Ground Control for an additional 39 bucks u can have any spring rate u want. U tell them the car/motor u have and if u dont know what u want they will suggest something. Just tell them what car u have and what struts u will be using!

Re: suggested spring rates with H22 EG. (enigma94)
ive got GC with 500F and 400 R now. It rides quite well and very streetable. Personally 400's in the front are just too soft IMO. As far as my rear spring rate I might be going to a 450-500 spring rate. I have to due some suspension tuning, counter weighting and things like that and see where I am at. Right now though the car understeers. SO I may or may not get the understeer dialed out. If not I will be running 450-500's.
