Default I`m Back!!! look what I received from JAPAN!!

Wassup guys!!

Some of you may remember me as I used to have a JDM 2000 PY TypeRx. I decided to sell so I can move on but I couldn`t handle the fact that I no longer have an R in my life!! I missed having fun and the late night drives so I decided to buy an other one, this time I went with a 1996 Milano red

I bought it direct from auctions in japan, I had been waiting about 6 weeks for delivery, finaly last week I had been informed that it had arrived so I went to open the container.

Here are some pics ..... Enjoy!!

The specs are : 1996 Honda Integra TypeR , No ABS , No clock, KG1080, mileage it has about 96k KMS, it`s all factory paint and overall the car is in OK condition but need some body work to be perfect!

I am going to swap my other boosted B18C that I had on the EF civic into the integra , went 11.1 @ 136mph at the quarter mile on the civic, let`s see what will be the end result on the integra It`s a built B18C from a 1998 JDM Integra with Full-Race stage 4 kit.

I`m also going to paint the whole car in it`s original color as it had faded out in some parts. Also as you can see in the pics.... it needs ALLOT of cleaning!!!! the engine bay is filthy!!

I keep you guys updated with the build , wish me luck

Thanks

I live in Malta europe , the total cost of the car with shipping and registering came up to €15,141 EUROS ..... Registering the car alone was €7920 here to register a car first it get inspected by the duty officials , then it get inspected by the police and then take the car to do a VRT test and that`s it, but it`s very expensive!!!

I am surprise that these junk cars from Japan is not so cheap in Europe just to get it out of the country. I spend the last 2 weeks in Japan for business and I do not see any of these old cars on the road anymore because the local does not want to pay high taxes and maintence fee on old no value domestic cars. At least somebody is making a profit in exporting it.

how does an engine bay even GET that dirty? it looks like they sanded the garage and left the hood open and all the crap fell into the bay lol.

but thats awesome, congrats on the purchase. have fun with it and good luck!

when they fork lift the cars they always seem to ruin the rear lower tie bar on the itrs clean car, can't wait to see updates on the new setup!

Yeah it got some nice parts, It has buddy club P1`s 15x7 , Rays lug nuts, Spoon Sports street silencer , Spoon Sports 4in2 exhaust manifold, Feel`s intake/filter, Nardi classic steering and after I drove it I noticed that it had lower vtec crossover point so I suspected that it has an aftermarket ECU so I took the side cover off and found a Spoon Sports computer ECU

Yes I remember you from the old TypeRx posts!! I really missed my old car. it had been exactly 1 year since I sold it. I went from the full optioned TypeRx to the basic optioned of them all because the MR I have now it has no air bags, No abs , no clock and no TypeRx goodies.

Here is the full specs:

Full-Race stage 4 A/C kit with T4/T67
AEBS B18C1 sleeved block 81.5mm
ITR Crank
Pauter rods
CP pistons 9.0:1 compression
ARP head studs
JDM 1998 ITR stock port head
CTR camshafts
Skunk2 valves, retainers, springs
Edelbrock voctor X intake manifold
Eric`s Racing throttle body 72mm
RC 1000cc injectors with OEM resistor box
AEM fuel rail + regulator
JDM 98 ITR transmission with 4.4 final drive and ATS 1st gear
Exedy twin plate clutch
Drive shaft shop stage 5 axles

As it is now, its tuned at 32psi with Apexi power FC on VP C16 fuel. but I am going to change to Hondata S300 because the Apexi has little features like no antilag for dragracing and to tune it you have to hook up the datalogit and all that crap that comes with it!
