can i use a d16z6 head gasket in a d15b? can i use pistons, rings, rods, and other various parts out of a d16z6 in my d15b? tanks for the help.

 

you should get some new parts
the d16z6 would be better to rebuild, under normal conditions.
d16z6 headgasket= ok for d15 but you should get a new one
d16z6 pistons = will fit but low cr for d15
rings should be replaced any way
d16z6 rods = too long for d15
d16z6 crank = journals too big for d15

 

i was planning on getting new parts but i cant find anywhere that sells parts for a d15b. i was wondering what motor i should search under to find parts for the d15b and if parts for a d16z6 would work on a d15b.
