Miller vs Lincoln, Help Please!
I've been looking for a first welder for awhile now, I havent used MIG before but have the need of one, using a torch or MAPP gas takes too long and tends to warp thin metal waay too much.
I need something that works on 115/120 because thats all i have in my garage. I've found 2 welders, I want something quality, for under $700.
1) Miller Millermatic 140
2) Lincoln Power MIG 140
But dont know which one to buy, so please help... I tried searching as well, but nothing online so far.

How hard did you look online?

I bought a Miller TIG welder because my company uses Miller welders exclusively. When I need to buy a MIG welder, I'll likely buy a Miller as well.

I was in the same situation as you a couple months ago. I regularly use more powerful machines but need a 110v welder for home. I ended up getting a miller 140. Love it. To me miller is like the snap on of welders. and lincoln is like mac. its all preference.
