i voted for without, the Mugen (or WW, whichever) skirts just dont line up well with the rear, IMHO

it looks cleaner w/o but you need to lower your car a lil bit more then..

The mugen style side skirts hang lower than the front lip

I wonder if you would scrape the side going over a speed bump.

Those sideskirts look like they should house some sidepipes (a la Viper).

I was just looking at my friends 97 GSR today and noted how much smoother the rear bumper looked......seeing it on a ITR got gears turning in my head since i need to replace my rear....

i've got a white 94-97 rear bumper i'm willing to trade for a 98+ rear bumper

Without. No offense, but with being just the skirts, they look like a growth on the side of the ITR. Maybe a different front and rear bumper would blend them better.

yeah u cant just throw those big side skirts on there with out going with a different front lip and rear. I personly like the oem kit.
