Default 94 teg starting problem

having problem with the car starting when i go to start the car sometimes it starts than other time i get a click but if i let the clutch out a lil bit it may start but only sometimes it works also when it sits overnight it take a few times of turning the key for the starter to catch i replaced main relay,starter,battery,check fuse,also neutral safety switch and made new grounds no luck anyone had this problem lmk thanks

inside the distributor. it looks like a cheese nip cracker its skinny about two inchs wide and maybe three inchs long. they at like 58 bucks from autozone. i had all sorts of issues with it.


how long since you put a new cap and rotar in it?

pull the cap off and see if the screw holding the rotor on is not stripping the plastic on the rotor. what might be happening is the screw is loosing up causing the rotar to spin alittle more.

make sure you have all good grounds cause now it sounds like a wiring issue

Making new grounds doesn't guarantee a good ground. Do voltage drop check on the ground using a digital volt ohm meter (DVOM).
