I didn't know 100% stock hatches came with vtec.........So why was the head swapped out? Is that the stock block also? Also the 2000 front end conversion on your all stock 1998 civic looks a little off, could use some adjustment...was it wrecked in the front? If your going to list something as 100% stock and try to deceive people, atleast don't post pictures...
