Default Macro/Push to connect/Quick Connect Fittings

Who sells a push to connect fitting that will thread into a tial wastegate properly, m10x1.0? I know that 1/8npt will seal up in it but i really want to try to find the right fitting first. Ive looked around and havnt seen anything so far. What do most people use for this thread pitch on these wastegates?

If I am correct you can get them local from Sam @ Mahdavi Motorsports. He should have them in stock with several different configurations & several sizes to choose from. You should be able to find there contact info at mahdavimotorsports.com

just buy the 1/8"
Everyone i know who uses these fittings has them. including me on a few different setup's all of wich never broke off, or leaked or anything. They work. Prob not the best advice i have ever given, but my experience with them has been good. lol.

i was planning to get 1/4 hose fittings. What is the inside diameter on the 1/4 hose that everyone uses because the 1/4 hose i was looking at today had pretty stout walls and they said would hold 800 psi. I guess it would needthick walls to support itself in the fitting?

The 1/8" fittings we provide in our kits work just fine with no leaks no thread-in problems on the Tial products. Alot of other guys use the same thing....

Im pretty sure the metric ones are nearly impossible to find....I know Ive searched almost everywhere and I think a few guys on here have searched also

I used the 1/8 NPT also on my Tial wastegates. I boost leak tested it and they hold at least 30 psi at the threads. Jarrod

Not trying to look silly or anything but how would this type of fitting work for the vac/boost lines in a race car?

you push the hose in and whatever mech inside holds it in under high pressure. i tried it the other day you cant pull the hose out until you press the ring down.

Im saying that the all metal version of the P-T-C tee where its 1/4 connection on all 3 parts is 35-68$

that nylon one which also holds 225psi is like 7$

most of the pieces people use on elbows are nylon soo...?

I need like 5 tees, im noting paying 200$ for a set of Tee's, anyone know where some good tee's are?

i have used all the legris stuff.which is what the guys at NLR told me to use and i havent had an issue yet.i even use the plastic one not the nickel plated.i also use the semi rigid nylon line not the poly urethane it will get warm and go soft.
u can go on http://www.legris.com to see the rated temps and pressures.
