1990 Accord dx. automatic trans

For the past week I've been experiencing sputter and hesitation when I step on the gas pedal. The sputter only happens at about 1000-2000 RPM.

I've done an oil change/filter, new air filter, new spark plug and wires, and the car is still sputtering/hesitating.

Please, does anyone have any ideas?

Someone told me that my fuel injectors and fuel filter could be dirty so I put some of this stuff in.
The sputter is still there.

Sounds like a vacuum leak or not enough gas upon first application of throttle, but that's usually a problem with cars that have carburetors...

 

does it have a rough idle? If so, while the car is running pull each sparkplug wire off its plug one at a time. If the idle doesn't change on one of the cyls, thats your problem cyl.
