Default 2002 accord trouble

I have a 2002 accord that came automatic, i bought the manual tranny, slave and master cylinder, clutch, flywheel, clutch and brake pedal, clutch resevoir, all the lines, shaft, axles and the ecu and bolted it all in, it did not start with the manual ecu, we put the autmatic one in, and it started, i can only redline until 5,000 rpm, rev limiter?. any way, the clutch pedal keeps moving up and i am loosing pressure and the clutch slips, when i bleed it, it goes back low again, and then after 2 days, it goes back high, any ideas? i have heard the pedal is moving and it needs a bracket to hold it in place.

your rev limiter is because the auto computer doesn't know how fast you are going therefore not engaging VTEC. drive to a dealer and put in the manual ecu and tell them you need to reprogram your immobilizer/ecu for your key.
