Megan Racing Springs......anybody use them?
I am looking around for some lowering springs for my 2001 Accord Coupe and came across the Megan Racing Springs. They lower the front end about 2" and the rear 1.75". I have heard the Tein springs can give you a "boat look"....is that true? Anyway let me know your thoughts on what you think is best.
no experience with their springs, but all their other products have been good quality. no rip off so far.
im curious about their springs as well lol. bump bump

I didn't like Megan's upper control arms they are skunk2 rip offs and the ball joints only lasted 4 months after a I had four wheel alignment. I know it wasn't the people who did the alignment because I took it to a different shop after I found that the ball joints had failed. The second shop said everything looked fine and the ball joints should not have took a dump like they did.
I was mad that they were messed up, but I understand that things happen with aftermarket parts and theres not a warranty. What really annoyed me was when I found out I couldn't just buy new ball joints from Megan, I had to replace them with skunk2 UCAs and have been happy with them for 6months now.

tein s-techs, 205/40/17's, stock struts. the front lip might throw off the height.
my previous car had the s-techs and i absolutely loved them so i had to try them on this car. now, on the accord, the ride is nice; but i would love to drop it another 3/4 inch. im not sure what the listed drop was for them, but 2 inches would be ideal. s-techs are made for factory struts.
