Default New to turbo and b-series swap. (is this a good deal?)

I have a 93 dx and got this offer with this setup off a 99 SiR (in canada, so si in the states):

B16a2 (obd2) with 25000km on build
Drag Gen III kit w/ intercooler T3/T04
Tial WasteGate (New)
Blitz Blow Off Valve
JE SRP Forged Pistons
Crower Rods
Crower Cams
Crower Cam gears
Crower Retainers and Springs
ACT Extreme Pressure Clutch
550 Injectors
10000km on rebuild transmission

Basically the car was torched in the interior so he said that anything after the firewall is fine. He is asking $2500 for the whole thing. He said the motor is running around 300hp

But the problem I encounter now is that i would have to purchase all the parts after the firewall. This is the things i think i have to buy:

-ECU (Do i have to buy Hondata S200?)
-fuel pump (wabro 255)
-motor mounts (hasport)
-conversion harness (obd2->obd1)
-shift linkage
-boost and A/F gauge
-new seals?
-dizzy
-small sensors here and there

Do you think i can complete this swap put into my car myself (first time) and get it tuned and everything done for another $700? I'm planning to get some of the stuff used to save a bit. What would you guys do?

unbeliveable price...i would pull a comp test and check as many things as you can to make sure that nothing happened to it...and as far as the swap, you can do it yourself...get yourself a manual and have at it...you wont learn sh@t unless you practice(granted a turbo swap really isnt ment for a noob but PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT DAMN IT!!!!!!!!)

i'd say buy it all and slowly start buying the other parts you need and research the swap. that's a hell of a deal. you don't need to rush it. take it slow and you won't regret it. just my .02
