Default Piston To Valve Clearance/Headgasket/Compression ITR HELP!

I've searched around but still couldn't get an exact answer. I wanted to know if I should be fine.

I have a 2000 ITR. Im about to put in the supertech valvetrain. dual springs/flat faced valves/titanium retainers/bronze guides. I was also thinking about throwing in a two-layer headgasket.

My question is should I be worried about Piston To Valve clearance?
What is my compression going to be?
The local shop said it'll sit right at 11.5:1 and that I'd need to use race gas.

Also, I just found out that my pistons might have been changed to Factory Overbore, Will this change anything?

Your help is greatly appreciated and thank you.

With a good tuner you can easily run your compression as high as 12 to 12.5-1 on pump. Why raise the compression just to lower it with a dual layer headgasket. Run a stock headgasket and get a good tune. The key will be in the tune.

/cry

2 layer HG = RAISES compression. Stock is 3 layer.

No [freak]ing way is anyone running 12.5:1 on 91 safely. And even if you could... why? You would make more power at 11:1 advancing your timing.

Why tell someone with oversized valves, 2 layer hg, mystery cams and who knows what pistons that he will be fine with p2v contact? You have no idea, he needs to ask his engine builder.
