Radiator Support
My Radiator Support got bent when i rear ended another car. I'm looking for a run down of how to remove this piece. I know it's spot welded but i don't know where. I have a couple pics i'm going to upload but I just want to get this thing started. If you could tell me the location of the spot welds, what needs to be removed and that sort of thing I would greatly appreciate it. I would be glad to take pictures along the way and maybe make a step by step write up. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
what kind of car do you have? i did the same thing in my 99ek coupe.
its not hard, i think there were like 18 spot welds per side. you just take EVERYTHING off and go to town.i got a set of three spot weld cutting bits on ebay for like 10 bucks.
just reweld it good in the same spots and cover up everything you dont wanna get welding splatter on

it's a 93 civic dx. The two door. Is there that many spot welds? I'm thinking I'll just remove the support and get a body shop to tack on the new one. I've heard you can just bolt it on no problem, but I'd rather be safe. Did you go through 3 bits removing the old support?!
i only went threw two of them but i just had a buddy do one side and i did the other and we raced to the center... it was kinda fun. there turned out to be more welds than i expected once i got into it
