Stock D15b2 turbo! Need Advice..
Ok i blew my Y7 motor so Im planning on running a D15b2 right now. I Will be using my exisiting setup a t-25 turbo, dsm 450's, bov, fmic, safc2, im also going to be changing to mpfi. I have some questions. I wanted to use the y7 head but people are saying that will be more work. Will the Stock B2 head with a new head gasket and arps be good for the setup i have? Or will the Y7 head help any? Any advice from anyone who has turbod a D15b2 is greatly appreciated. Is what i listed be good for the turbo setup i mentioned? Anything im missing or should add? This is also going into my 92 civic hb.

The B2 head is basicly the A6 head casting, except with a milder cam - nearly identical to the D15B7 (92-95 DX). From what I've seen, the A6 head casting tends to make more power than the Y7. I'd suggest just a Y8 MLS headgasket, and ARP's if you can find them for it.
The problem is the rods in the B2 are toothpicks, so keep your eye out for a spare block, or build a D16. People take the OBD1 D15B7 past 200whp bone-stock and they last a while. That setup will be fine, just don't get greedy with boost...

lol... i wont 6psi is fine for me for now... So you think i should just stick with the B2 head then? should that be fine? I just thought the y7 head would be better. Since i have one with Low miles on it. Any other suggestions besides the Mpfi?
