Have you checked the timing?

Can you hear it ''pinging''?

What octane gas are you running..

jump the service connector and set the timing to 16deg

Could be a million things, clogged injectors, bad fuel pump, bad fuel filter etc.

change your plugs, replace fuel filter and run 91-93 octane then check your plugs a week or 2 later.

and is it a "lean white" or a "oil consumption white"? have you notice any oil burning symtoms in your car? cloud when you get on the gas, have to add oil every week or so.

plugs have about 20k miles on them, they are NGK platinums, i havent changed the fuel filter but there is no sign of burning oil at all and i run 89 octane gas

Bump for info... I have similar issues, 1995 GS-r ngks, replaced plugs cap rotor fuel filter pressure regulator hoses vacuum lines run seafoam. Will sparatically kill the plug for cylinder 3, white core dark deposits on the electrode and sometimes the threads... Timing doesnt seem to be off any other ideas??? head gasket doesnt seem to be leaking it will burn about a half quart of oil every 3k or so

The white buildup can also be caused by heat. The wrong heat range spark plug , overadvanced ignition timing, intake manifold vacuum leaks, sticking intake or exhaust valves, or insufficient engine cooling are all possible causes.
