Went to the track with some buddies yesterday in hattiesburg mississippi, and man was it hot, temp gauge in the truck said it was 112 outside, wethere channel said 98 degrees! and it was humid of course

EDIT: BOTH OF THESE ARE MY PASSES, THEY SAY "MIKE" AT THE TOP

I also wanna thank a few people

Car weighs 2420 without me in it and I weigh 189 now. Car makes a little over 700 at full tuned boost but was down a few psi due to the heat. It was mad hot.

Car is primarily for racing but does make plenty of trips around town and to the local spots. I've been known to runa few bikes from time to time

Car does pretty well for being built in my garage completely by me. The engine and tranny were built by me as well as all the welding. I tuned and even paintes car all by myself!

The only real thing missing from the car are bumper supports and back seats. Car has all panels and carpet, heck its got the JDM audio console and armrest. Even an oem tape deck FTW! And its an si model too

I would like to get some sort of commercial help as I would like to see the car as a racecar one day but I know its hard to find help these days

Gimme a few weeks and she will be back in business.

Turbo is an s366 T3 model also

I'm sure you came on the hottest day here so far. I don't think anyone was really hooking off the line either. A couple times it looked like you were doing 3rd gear burnouts down the track. A little cooler weather and a decently prepped track, and you shouldn't have a problem getting into the 9's.

Exactly 2420 is what my old H22 Si hatch weighed with a quarter tank of gas and full interior, so i don't think it really seems that heavy at all.

Oh, and it was nice meeting you Mike. I think that is the fastest Honda that has ever been down the track here. I was kinda worried about you stopping at the other end.
Thanks for coming out!

it is now,it has the ghetto cage now, all the interior i added back to the car, steel hood, leather seats, jdm audio console, 5.9 DSS acles, integra brakes, etc. when you came to the shop and i weighed it, it had the B16 in it with the 35R and stripped down it weighed 2212 without me. that full-race manifold you sent me and my bullseye power 366 are considerably more than my old crap manifold and my 35r. i weighed it on my mickey thompsons and full street tire/rim set up so im sure my bogarts weigh a lil less. i couldnt believe it weighed that much, shes a pig now. DUDE your car weighs like 2600+ without you!

Like I said when you ran 12.1 years ago Congrats Mike. You've come a long way. 9's with the 66 are just in reach. You will reach your goals

I think it had a part in it. I have used 15w-50, or 20w-50 Mobile1 for about 5 years on Turbo Hondas, mostly racegas applications. And i actually ran a motor OUT of oil due to a bad return line and it never knocked! just put oil in it and kept on goin

this was the FIRST time I ever switched oil, and this happened??? i cant say its 100% to blame but it kinda makes me wonder. I know i will be switching back once the motor is cleaned up and back in the car, i cant bring myself to even try any other oil again
