I will be replacing the fenders on my 1999 Honda Accord. Are there any real good deals out there on fenders and are there any that I should avoid ?
I notice that I have to remove the bumper guard etc. to get to some of the fender bolts.........and some of these parts are held on by the plastic push-in buttons. When you remove these push-in plastic buttons it seems that they won't work anymore..........is there anything I could use in their place?

Absolutely brilliant ! WHOA ! Thanks. I figured as much...........but I wasn't sure where I could but them. It is very hard to remove them without damaging them.

 

I ment BUY them.........not put them. YEEEEEEEEEEEE HA !

 

you can get extra push-in buttons at your local dealer if they break. i had that happen to me below my front bumper because i had to take it off to replace the headlight housing on the same type of car. but those little plastic things aren't cheep. they charged me over 2 dollars for each one so be gentle.

 

You can get nice used fenders, probably even matching color from any of your local wreckin yards for extremely cheap...

check with the LKQ yard in hunts point i believe. they have a huge selection
