what zc engine do you have?
Dohc or Sohc?
if its dohc then it will be an 88-89 Integra...
sohc i believe would be the same thing as the d16a6 (civic/crx si 88-91)

And if this is going on a daily driver I would try to stay with a oem pan because aftermarket pans are normally aluminum which can be easily cracked or even bust if you bottom out some how.

You might want to check into that. That might be off of a ford or chevy. The standard honda plug is 14mm with the 17mm head. PN is 90009-PH1-000

Thats what I thought but I went to do a oil change and got a filter and plug from Honda and it didn't fit so I went to auto zone and they had 3 size in there system (14,15,16mm) so I got all 3 and the 15 fit??? Doesn't leak or anything, had it in for 3,000 miles and I'm about to do another oil change on next week. But so far no leaks, none.

That is weird. What size was the old plug that you took out? Couldn't be a different oil pan. Could it?

Do you mean that the head of the bolt is rounded off or the threads on the pan itself are stripped out?
From reading the response posts it sounds like the threads are stripped. I was just looking for clarification.

I think the pan is stripped....
The bolt turns, then gets loose, then tightens until the bolt is screwed all the way in, and then it won't lock in tight. It gets tight, then loosens, then tight and loosens...
And oil is leaking from it.
The bolt can screw in and out....just won't tighten all the way in.
