I have an ls motor that I bought from the local junkyard that I was gonna swap into my civic but got a gsr instead. I heard it run before it was pulled, It had 86K miles on it. The gsr tranny was part of a swap I bought but only used the engine. It had 92k miles on it and is mint. The car it came from was wrecked and my buddy knows the owner, he says the guy never ripped the gears or anything. The rest is just stuff left over that I had sitting at the shop in the chicago area.
Prices are
1998 ls motor: $400
1997 gsr tranny: $650
mounts: $60
intermediate shaft: $50 Pending to scobaru.

That motor looks like it was rained on...can you confirm that it wasnt?

 

I doubt it, I went to hear it run and picked it up the very next day. The gsr motor in my car was rained on and it runs like a champ.
