Default Congrats to Danny Smith and his SFWD win in Texas.

After a couple days of issues Danny finally brought home the sfwd win. Shifting and boost problems plagued friday testing and saturday qualifying but we finally got it all covered and the car went straight. Special thanks to Tony1 and his crew for the 6sp shift ****, it really helped. Danny will chime in later when he gets home(he just dropped me off) to thank his sponsors and the people who helped him get to Texas.
Overall it was a good weekend with a huge turnout for sfwd the way it should be. to Art and Tony for putting this together.

Thanks guys! I have been struggling with the new setup and still have alot left in it to work out. Things were going wrong at first but seemed to go my way in the end. My biggest issues have been with the G-Force shifter. the engine seems to be moving enough to keep it from going into gear. I figured it was time to put the stock one back in until i had more time to work on it. It took a couple of passes to get used to it again, but it worked out good in the end. I can't wait to get the car dialed in. In the final, I got to aggresive on the launch and in second gear. It shook the tires pretty good in second, and I think that hurt me pretty bad. I guess it was a good thing I was all over the tree!
btw- We borrowed the shift **** because I didn't have one.LOL Thanks guys!

Big thanks goes out to SPEC Clutch, MFactory, Bullseye Power, Avid racing, and CP Pistons for their support. Also, big props to Javier for putting on a great event!
