not very much on a basically stock motor....... expect minimal mid-range loss and minimal top end gain. And by Minimal I mean 2,3 horses.........

The true potential of these manifolds are reached when you actually build the internals up.

I have the s2 manifold on my gsr and I love it. But I have a tuned ECU. Before I had the ECU , my car felt like **** from low to mid end. Then on my butt dyno, high end felt SLIGHTLY better.

For the money of a manifold, I would invest into some cam gears and tuning.

I lost some low end torque when I put the intake manifold on my GSR, but gained some good top end power.

Definitely worth getting if you plan up grading your motor even further.

The engine? as in internals? Cams and cam gears....... do not even touch the bottom end, not only is it going to be expensive, but you should probably have some good knowledge of engines in general if you want to go that far. Stick to the head.
