Which Spark Plugs?

I have an 06 Civic LX with 1.8L, i am wondering which spark plugs will give me the best fuel economy,ive heard the iridiums are good for that but im not sure, let me know what you guys think!

Iridiums are stock on the Civics.

not on the si.

they come standard with denso platinum plugs.
well at least the 08's do.
