Starter is'nt getting signal!!!!!!!!

Starter is'nt getting signal!!!!!!!!
I have a 95 civic coupe and my starter all of a sudden won't work! I've changed it and checked all of the fuses what else could it be..

I'm assuming you have a manual transmission. Check the clutch interlock switch at the top of the clutch pedal. If that's fine, then check the starter cut relay.
