VALVE ADJUSTMENT Help
I was just wondering if there are special tools to adjust valves on my 96 GSR, and where i can get a hold of those tools. I've seen people do it with screw drivers but that seemed to be a pain.
Oh and some Do's and Dont's on a valve adjustment. Thanks

do a search on valve adjustments... there are special tools for this. there's one with a screwdriver and a hexdriver/wrench combined. you can also get a special wrench that's bent for the correct angle. or you can get a wrench and have it bent. i would definitely do your homework before you attempt this.

just did mine last week with just a hexdriver/wrench and a screwdriver plus those things ^^^^he posted i don't know what they are called...of course i was under supervision by a pro and he walked me through it...its pretty simple and straight forward once you get the hang of it
those are feeler guages, i jut did mine yesturday morning for the first time, very easy to do and i believe the special tools are like $50 its way cheaper to just bend a wrench. just takes a little longer.
