Emotions and RPF1s are 2 of the best looking wheels for that body style.
Few people choose to put 16" wheels on EP3s these days... but I think that is the best looking size. 17"s don't look quite right unless you have some exterior/aero modifications.
I think the car looks great on the 16" RPF1s! Too stock looking? There is no such thing!
Edit: If you are tracking your car, the last thing you really should be worrying about is how "stock" or "un-stock" your car looks. What I would consider, above all, is the availability of wheels and tires in the appropriate widths/sizes that you want to run. If you are planning on running R-comps, keep in mind that there are limited sizes in 16. If you ever want to run a FWD staggered setup, you are almost exclusively limited to 17" wheels. I see you have a 5-lug EP3, so lug pattern is no problem. You might want to go with 17s simply for the flexibility.

yeah thats another big issue,16's dont have alot of good tire sizes. i would like 216/50.16 but it hard to find...while 17's and 215/45/17 have a menu of tires lol.

i want 17by8 but dont want the trouble of rolling fenders lol, might just end up with 17by7 with really good tires to make up for the loss in width.
i get what ur saying about 16's,at some angles it looks odd. 17's look natural.
