Broken timing belt

What to do when timing is broken?? How to know if it has damage other things??

I was driving hard when that happens I was in 7 or 8 rpms

The timing belt was not broken one retainer of the intake valve was broken. What to do now??

replace it and the valve seal...maybe valve as well which requires removal of the head
