left one is a clifford security system LED, so im guessing on the right is a valet switch?

well, if it's plugged in then you use it to program setting for security system.

if you want to find out if it is that switch or something else, trace the wire going to that switch. or what ever it is

def aftermarket and it could be anything. like the last dude said see what is wired to. if its nothing. take that **** out.

i think its part of a killswitch?

i may be mistaken. i cant quite remember but i use to have a similar alarm and it had that in it but it was hidden.

It is a custom button. It does nothing until you connect it.

Those buttons are for your Clifford Alarm. It lets you program your alarm to user specifications. Find out which model you have and Google it to see if you can find a users manual for that specific model. I know because I use to have a Clifford on my old ride with those exact same buttons and LED.
