What would be a godo settin for auto x??

Set it up there.
i thought its better for front to be softer then rear end...
Stiff dampening with soft springs is pretty useless.
for auto-x start the fronts on 8 and then adjust the rear stiffer until you get oevrsteer. I usually go about 8f/12r. If it doesn't want to oevrsteer I got up 2 clicks at a time.
Make sure you are turning clockwise to stiffen and that full soft is counterslockwise till it stocks.
For street I run 3f/4r

Switch the springs. (i.e. put the fronts on the rear and vice versa)
If they're the standard RA springs, the fronts will be a higher rate than the rear.

The RA's come with
14kg/mm or 783lb/ft Front
and
10kg/mm or 559 lb/ft Rear
Trick for adjusting shocks is to keep the front 1/2 stiff or less if possible to keep good rebound so the tires will make good contact and then messing with the rears as needed. Like I mentioned I start at 8/12 and change the back as needed. if you get to 8/16 and still have too little oversteer turn the front down a little. If that doesn't do it go to tire pressure.
I had an issue with too little oversteer at 6/16 this weekend at an auto-x but I have stickier tires on the back than front. it took running 38 psi front and 33 psi rear to get it to rotate.

Sawapping them is a good option. THey are both 200mm (8") so height isn't a problem. I have the HA's and the rear spring rate is 335 and the front is 445 and I am not sure 335 is high enough for the front to warrant 450 in the rear . . .
thanx alot...
im a major beginner, this will be my 1st auto x.. soo im gonna try to find a good setting just to learn how my car reacts...

Usually at autocrosses you see people running with lines of shoe polish marked on the tread and over onto the sidewall.. that way you can use the line as an indicator of how much the tire is flexing and thus adjust your tire pressure... The more flex, the more shoe polish will be rubbed off the sidewalls. Give that a shot.
