hii every1 im not on this site much. im on s2ki.com alottttttttttt.... but my friend just bought a 97 lude, hes the thirdowner of the car. and it has a jackson racing sc in it. but the second owner of the car had to replace the engine but said never got tunning donw and nearly never drove the car. but i drove it the yesterday and it has some problems in it?

1. the car doesnt go over 6500 rpm.
2. when he hits 6500 after a couple of secs the car turns of?

the car came when a Vtech controller maybe its programed wrong or somthing but i never new anythign abotu vtech controllers?

so 1. i wanna get him to tune the car from a good tunner.
and second i was thinking maybe its not oging over 6500 rpm cause its nto tuned yet on the new engine?

please help me guys so i can give him a heads upp .. and no he car isnt being driven..

please help guyys?

Not going over 6500 RPM's means he is not getting into vtec. Something wrong there. Check wires. Codes. Second, The Whip Factory tunes and does an amazing job from what I hear, there in Plainfield I believe. Check um out at... whipfactory.com
