2 quick CEL blinks when key turn to accessory

2 quick CEL blinks when key turn to accessory
I purchased two chips from xenocron, a stock ITR program and a stock b16a program. With the stock ITR program, when I turn the key to accessory, i noticed that my CEL blinks twice fairly quickly after the light stays solid for 3 seconds. It does not give a CEL when the car is running.
With the stock b16a program, when i turn the key to accessory, it stays a solid CEL for like 3 seconds, then goes away. It does not have a CEL either when the car is running.
Does somebody know what the two quick blinks mean if anything? thanks
