Ok guys,
Ek obd1 GSR B18c I/H/E p72 chipped.

I run the car normal... no cel
than i step on it to pop vtec and take it to 8 grand CEL turns on.
I turn off the car.
I turn on the car CEL is off
I drive normal for a while
than i step on it to pop vtec and take it to 8 grand again.. the CEL turns on.
I turn off the car to jump the CEL plug and its CEL is gone.

WTH!
any inputs?

When the CEL turns on, leave the engine running while you jump the service connector.

i just did that its doing like Blink 5 sec pause Blink 5 sec pause Blink 5 sec pause and so on.

If it's a single short blink, then it's code 1 for the O2 sensor.

but why would it reset on its own? why only at high revolutions?

All I can say is that it's a common issue for OBDI ECUs.

I did the ecu plug bypass trick to read the CEL again... again i have no CEL light but when i did the bypass it did the blink with 2 sec break and the SRS light was blinking a code at me too!
