needles in cluster dont lite up

anyone know which bulbs are the bulbs for the needles in a 00 si cluster???

the needles themselves do not light up the background gets lit..

ooo well my background is lit up but the needles are barely visable at nite. my buddy has the same cluster and his are very visable

check the bulbs on the top of the cluster that illuminate the needles/face
