Default Does the 6th gen have a service plug? where?

if a 2000 and 2001 itr has the service plug why cant the accord? ive taken the entire glove box out, the radio and half the dash completely out. ive seen other threads with the topic. i guess we just dont have one. want to get honda code and not advance --azone code.

98-02 accords have the service plug located kick panel left side under drivers dashboard

is it the standard blue one? i found one grey and one blue with one wire. i then found out that you can jump the codes with the obdII scan plug. the large one on the left side. jump #8 and # 13. otherwise i couldnt find the actual two wire blue plug
