when I switch from feet, to center, and windshield it just stays on the center.. I hear the motor mooving but the air blows only to the front vents.. Will replacing the climate control fix this or there is something missing behind the climate control?

someone has to have had this happen.

 

is the control arm connected? its a silver thin rod with a black cover and it coils at the end. it should connect to a little nub under the passenger side, in towards the center of the dashboard.

i had to disconnect this to pull mine out. i have a 95 civic ex coupe...what model is your car?
