Default Drag Racing Suspension Tuning question???

im using cusco coil over suspension for my EG (2.2L B20vtec, N/A 328flywheel hp)
tyre was MT 24.5,
4.4:1 FD
ATS close gear 3,4,5 (still using stock 1st gear, but next is going to buy longer 1st gear)

the front spring was 14kg, and rear was 22kg

im confuse about the logic of rebound and bound damper setting...
should i harden the front rebound and soften the bound..
and on the rear suspension go with hard bound damper setting and soften the rebound setting??? or i just soften every damper (bound and rebound) setting on the rear side???

please advice me

you don't want the front to raise up and you don't want the rear to squat. stiffen up the rear bound, stiffen up the front rebound. Ideally you could use limit straps on the front
