idle help

Default idle help

ok the car is a 96 civic dx it has a stock d16y7 motor the car idled great , then i changed the head gasket and timing belt and the very high idle begun it idles at 5500 rpms the throttle screw is all the way in check for vacuum leaks none there are no check engine lights the tps and map sensor are not switched the timing is dead on the throttle body is not stuck i can drive it and it pulls like it should does not bog any help would be appreciated also autozone and pepboys said that vtec and non vtec timing belts are the same the part number is the same also but that seems weird to me

Try looking at the iacv by chance. unhook it or cover its hole on the t/b and see if anything changes.
