Cant be certain, but I think that the prelude isnt as wide of a car as the accord is. The only dash I know thats a direct fit is the 1st generation Acura CL coupe.

Close Fit? Probably not
Direct Fit? Definitely not
First year for those preludes are 97 if I'm not mistaken? Last year for those accords was 97 so most likely it won't fit since the body designs fell in different years.
CL/Accord overlap completely
Civic/Integra/etc overlap completely
